1. Life cycle of a product is around 1 year. And you won't have several project at the same time. 2. There will be a least two to three EEs working on a project together, so the load of each member is comparatively lower to the work in ODM/OEMs. 3. There are not many ODMs in Taipei. 4. We have lots of person leaves, like dozens of days (depending on job tenure) not including sick leave.

Cons

1. Taking business trips to OEMs to supervise the manufacturing process, and OEMs are mainly in China. 2. NB is now a relatively mature design, so basically we would just follow the official design. 3. Including lots of re-working on PCBs.
