Younger and younger people you will work with, energentic, good brand image. Very little point I can describe, and very fewer Pros....

Cons

Middium level for technology, high pressure atomphere, and often in rush. No smarter tools for technical support, especially in division of MotherBoard. Less information you might get. Sometimes, one words from sale-side will change the spec. of your product that has been going on for a while.

Pros

The company is on the forefront of innovation within the PC industry. Great products and brand ideology. Most of the employees are very nice.

Cons

The company is very cheap. Everyone is Chinese, so if you aren't, the culture difference may set you apart. A complaint I hear from all the employees is that you will be underpaid no matter what position you work.
