I can't think of any good reasons at all.

Cons

Long working hours as compared to other companies (9 - 6.30 pm) High Workload for every department (Every Staff is expected to Multi-task) HR always make mistakes in Calculation of Salary. For Newbies, HR always forget to include them in the Salary payout list and delay their Salary. Annual Leaves could not be brought forward to next year. Annual leaves also cannot be Encash if you resign. Benefits package is not good as compared to many other employers. Very Strict towards Lunch and Puntuality. Pantry items are limited. Not a nice Environment to work in. Bosses are Not understanding. And They expected very High performance from Employee even though the Salary payout is not good as compared to other employers. Bosses are Bias.

good salary, good situation , good supervisor, all of them are awesome. And the colleagues here are nice. I love this job !!

Cons

Maybe there is limited to ur career level. You may be an engineer in ur whole life when u get the job here in ASUS.
