good benefits package, scheduled time off, acquiring new knowledge about wireless products, call center setting was better than most places, unionized(which is good and bad)

Cons

schedules were ridiculous, no room for advancement although this is pitched when you initially start working there, miscommunication, terrible management

Pros

Great benefits Constant interaction with people Play with new and upcoming technology

Cons

Hours! Only four holidays per year and work almost every weekend. If you have any sort of commute it is not crazy to get home between 9 and 10

Pros

Union Bargained position provides good health benefits Excellent learning opportunity some managers work very hard to help balance work and life

Cons

senior management expects work off the clock. a sensor over inside of door counts number of customers and you are required to sell to a certain percentage of them, this however doesn't account for children playing at the door while parents shop. Unable to match prices for stores such as Walmart and Best Buy which causes MANY lost sales and performance coachings because of it.
