Pros

It´s a terrific employer to have on your resume. Managers are very considerate, colleagues are friendly and willing to help one another. The company reimburses most all IT certification exams you take. The package of benefits is excellent.

Cons

Promotions are hard and scarce, and a new position won't fully reflect in your salary. I've seen a bunch of real good people leaving the company in the past few months due to the lack of a solid career plan.

Pros

You do get paid. Hours are not long. You make commision. You could meet some great people. Easy work environment.

Cons

They could pay more. Managers need to take care of their people by listening to their needs. Managers need to work harder.
