Pros

Amazing people and great infrastructure. The sales environment is very competitive and has high commissionable payouts as well. A challenge is always a positive.

Cons

Area sales Manager Promotions take forever to come by. If you are able to relocate than there is a ton of a career in front of you

Pros

Pay, benefits and current manager. Manager with a knowledge in the wireless industry, not a landline reject. Not managed by a micro manager.

Cons

Nothing based on the customer. Spend day manipulating ticket/dispatch system. Assigned work has nothing to do with network improvement. Focus is now metrics and clean floors. Contractors do the good work.
