Pros

Only to make connections with better opportunities.

Cons

Everything else. Management uninterested in employees. No security. Poor benefits that will get worse in 2009. An across the board disinterest in complying with federal regulatory matters (EPA, OSHA) since first combining with BellSouth and incredibly worse since joining with AT&T. The old days of Southwestern Bell Wireless complying across the board are gone - replaced with ('we'll get away with what we can and pay fines on what we can't, because it's cheaper than doing it right'). I pray to God these greedy bastards get caught and publically exposed. A fair treatment would be to show the difference between what was formerly done and how business is conducted now.

Pros

Reasonable pay and good working (environmental) conditions. Now--steady/secure job.It would be hard to get hurt on the job--unless a customer got into the office!!

Cons

Mass confusion between work groups. No long range planning and no idea how to achieve goals.Bosses are selected by body-type rather than by ability. Lazy bosses and uninformed and ill considered company planning. Extremely poor customer service--bordering on stupid in it's execution. The company is now treating employees like they have been treating their customers for years!!
