      Good and Bad

      Pros

      -Great co-workers -Good starting sales job -Great position for college students -Pay is OK

      Cons

      - The Union has no place in a sales environment. Just because somebody has seniority over you, they get a better schedule, regardless of their performance. -The commission structure used to be pretty good a year ago. Within a year, it has drastically decrease by close to 40%. -The company does a poor job in showing appreciation to their employees. For example, no Christmas parties, few paid holidays, and goals are consistenly increased with lowering the pay. -You have no life outside of work because of the inconsistent schedule. Weekends never off unless you're the senior rep which can take up to 5-10 years.

      Pros

      Fellow employees. We are all in the same boat. So we try to make the most of our working situations.

      Cons

      Everyday all the employees are told why they are not good enough and why they are poor salespeople. Your schedule is never the same. You could open one week, close the next; work a 5 hour day one day, and an eleven hour the next. And all anyone can say is well its the needs of the busines. Benefits package is terrible. And despite having a union I have taken three paycuts and a loss of benefits in the year and a half I have been there.
