Pros

As a large cap company, has plenty advanced technology tools available. You would be able to learn a lot of things if you are self motivated.

Cons

However, the lines of work are divided too narrowly. one could feel lacking abilities to cross over to gain more experiences. (as opposed to in a smaller shop, you could wear many hats)

Pros

Very flexible. Ability to confer with others as necessary to accomplish your goals. Great benefits with good pay. Good people work there.

Cons

Difficult for some to move up the ladder. Some hiring managers refuse to take chances with people they do not know and would rather promote those that they know even if their experience is lacking.

Pros

I was treated well by my immediate boss. Lots of job security because it's such a large company. Plenty of training opportunities.

Cons

Too large to get recognition for important contributions. Small units, people are too complacent for me. No bous structure in place.
