Pros

Growth opportunity is key and I believe it is a reality. The company has resources available to those who think they have what it takes to move up.

Cons

Some Cheaters seem to advance or get praise for false numbers. Ultimately the customer suffers because of this unfair treatment.

Pros

Eight to ten weeks of training are provided. Discounts (40%) on At&t products once you've been there for six months.

Cons

The management and union seem to have some conflict. You can't move into a different position until you've been there for a year. All benefits require a six month wait.

Working for AT&T is very nice as long as you get promoted from their call center position. So get in through call center and make yourself a career

Cons

Getting promoted from craft to management is kind of hard, its who you know regardless of the college degree you may possesed
