Pros

Pay was good, helping people get better equipment and services for less money was great

Cons

Micromanaging. The draw you in with company cars but track every move you make. And hold the car over your head

Pros

Pays well, RTO policy is 5 days a week and is strictly enforced (doesn't apply to everyone), but as they say you don't have to work here.

Cons

RTO, long hours, open seating, lots current construction

Pros

There are excellent growth opportunities, a well-run company with a great culture, and the pay is also decent.

Cons

Large companies can be a bit bureaucratic at times, but that’s just the nature of the beast.
