Pros

I honestly cannot think of any right now. Vacation time was great but you never get to use it.

Cons

The manager for our group was really bad. I did not want to leave, he gave me no choice. Overworked Contributions no recognized The public criticism was the WORST My manager didn’t care about his team, we were just numbers that could be replaced. We were repeatedly told to do unethical things to get our numbers. Constant change - really for the worst The compensation for the work done was horriable.

Pros

- pay was hourly plus commission - customers come to you so no knocking on doors - gives you a chance to test new products before launch - you get a company phone

Cons

- politics with upward mobility - rotating managers every 6 months don't help productivity - area managers can be very sneaky and delegate discipline through immediate managers - no cons with pay because it's the one of the highest in the industry

Pros

At&t pays well for retail They offer decent benifits Such as vacation time, and company phone.

Cons

Management wants the SSR to wear multiple hats. You're a full-time SSR, part time rep, part time manager, and no one notices. If you want to move up in the company you have to go into sales. Your job is to help the staff, yet no one helps you with your task. No teamwork what so ever. I honestly feel because I don't make the company money, I don't matter.
