Pros

Good pay. That is it.

Cons

8 weeks of training that do not adequately prepare you to use the systems you will access on a daily basis to do your job. The job was advertised as a customer service job but later revealed to be a more in depth tech support job than just standard customer service.

Pros

great pay, great people to network. many job outlets, new products and devices to use and learn. great training series and development programs.

Cons

no work life balance, over stress, goals are nonsense for ranking, depending your market-upper management only look out for themselves, investigations against others violating policies are a joke. favoritism and sucking up is your only way to keep your job safe. deal with threats with no explanations especially when youre a manager. union can only do so much for rscs.
