Pros

Great training, commitment to diversity, very good benefits including good 401k match, discounts on DirecTV, cell phone, internet access, and Digital Life home security, pension, great PTO benefits, tuition reimbursement

Cons

The sense of One AT&T is not there. Leveraging support from other groups can be challenging.
