Pros

Company's focus on technical training. Purchases vendor related technological training to increase employee skill sets. Allowed to work with little oversight once you prove your ability to work unsupervised.

Cons

Required to work at an office after WFH for the last 13 years (my customers are geographically dispersed, i.e., not in the Atlanta area). Remote team members resourced due to no local office.
