Pros

its a great place if your passion is in or with telecommunications, learning new emerging wireless and mobile technologies

Cons

To be fair the company has gone through many senior management changes, I personally miss the old ma bell and original legacy At&t company which stood for much better values.. versus the current one . Its not a great place to move up or grow with your career unless you know the right managers directors avp's etc..
