Pros

Great perks. Decent leadership, organizational structure. No ethical complaints from me, except that whole Michael Cohen thing.

Cons

Health costs and HR systems are constantly changing, requiring a relearning of how to do things every year. Salary increases do not keep up with personal growth, individual performance, or responsibilities. Antiquated east-coast centric timekeeping system. ATTSCO is just like working for AT&T, but you'll feel like a second or even third class citizen. An example is that you won't be eligible for performance bonuses. If you get hired by ATTSCO, it is my perception that you will have to leave to really make any real advancement in your career.
