Pros

Great associate team work, above average compensation & benefits thanks to the CWA Union membership. Proper company work tools & vehicle provided as job description mandates. Safe work practices are a very high priority with the Company.

Cons

Toxic-micro-management...in general...not all circustances, burdomsome bureaucracy...everywhere. Some management team members care more about their bonuses and their organization hierarchy image than their highly supervised employees and the "valued" business customers' and the final job results. If you choose to go to work for them you'll soon see what I mean!
