Pros

AT&T provided me with opportunities in order to gain valuable working experience. Good brand name for communications. Most of the people see AT&T as a step for their career.

Cons

Firing people for the last couple of years. Salary increase does not really always based on your performance.

Pros

Working with AT&T in Brazil was by far the most amazing company I have ever worked with. All coworkers are easygoing, the managers are aweasome, incredible benefits and compensation.

Cons

Downsizes happened every year, which was sad.
