Pros
I have worked at ATC for over 10 years and find the company and community in step with growth, not only for the individual but also the community that surrounds it. A strong feeling of family is tangible with the Teams the company operates in. The location of the University here helps the diversity of the community. The company promotes from within but also adds from the outside.
Cons
The company is located in a rural community about 60 miles from Nashville, 75 miles from Chattanooga and Knoxville. While surrounded by beautiful lakes and outdoor activities, for real entertainment you have to get out of town. ATC is growing which while adding opportunity creates challenges.
