Constant leadership turnover. Constant change in direction. Wages and benefits lower than normal for area.

Plenty of work. Lots of overtime

Cons

They expect you to work lots of ot . Just changed policies to cut benifits from long term employees. After 18 years they treated me very poorly when I retired. Lots of senior employees are leaving.

Worse place I ever worked. No policies followed except for certain people. Increases ate for certain people. Too much favortizm. They let go people for no reason and keep the lazy useless people. Open door sucks, they are all in the group together.
