Pros

Many of the years I worked at ATC it was a great place to work with good people and great culture.

Cons

Unfortunately, shortly before and during the pandemic, the culture deteriorated, executive management became unengaged, communication was non existent and decisions were made without explanation. Good people started to leave and direction seemed to be lacking.

Good pay, some nice people, opportunities to advance when you have no education, background or knowledge in a technical field or discipline

Cons

Poor caretaking of dollars that eventually get passed on to ratepayers, toxic human capital department and yes-man/woman culture
