Pros

The culture at ATC is exactly what a value. People treat each other well, and the leaders care about employees as individuals with lives outside of work. It’s a welcoming place to be, has competitive salaries, 401k and pension, medical, dental, paid sick/personal time as well as vacation days. Nice offices with workout facilities and outdoor walking paths.
