      Pay is good. Benefits are average.

      Cons

      These is too much rotating Directors and Managers through different departments. There seems an effort to "round" everyone, so they are knowledgeable in all areas. What each department ends up with then is a parade of inexperienced leadership. In many cases the inmates are running the asylum. Also, many experience people at the lower levels are denied opportunities because they do not have degrees. Even when they are much more qualified to fill vacancies than a degree person, they are passed over.

      Excellent corporate culture - people are trust worthy, focus on continuous improvement and team work. Great benefits package. Lots of opportunities to work on new, challenging projects.
