The only relief was the moment I decided to leave this company.

Cons

Working here was a complete nightmare. The leadership is cruel and oppressive, constantly pressuring and belittling employees until you feel worthless. The toxic environment makes every day unbearable, and no one can survive long without being drained by the hostility.

ATG is a great place to work because of our culture and our commitment to continued growth. We genuinely believe in coaching and empowering our people to grow both personally and professionally. While we’ve experienced some growing pains over the past few years, recent changes within our C-suite have put us on an even stronger path. I’m excited about where we’re headed, and if you want to be part of a true winning culture, this is the place to be.
