The Hiring process went quickly.

-there is no training, orientation, or onboarding for how to do anything such as fill out your time card. you do get an employee handbook, which would be helpful if the information in it was correct -there is no procedure for leaving. They did not give me my COBRA notice upon my exit despite me repeatedly asking for it. I had to call the Department of Labor in order to get my COBRA notice, and then it was twice as much as the Athena HR person told me it would be. -contact info for staff changes without informing employees, so suddenly the e-mail address youve been submitting mileage forms to for months no longer exists, or your manager will send out an email at noon saying “by the way i put in notice two weeks ago and today is my last day”
