Pros
• The people/team are good to work with • The union environment is reasonable to listen to your concerns as management and the operators. • Not a hostile work environment • Fair but straight forward bosses • Willing to let you learn and have input even though they are the final say
Cons
• The network system can be very slow and can make your day on the computer daunting especially when you need to complete something right away. • Needs a better PA system that works throughout the plant. Hard to hear what is being said in some areas of the plant.
