Upper management preaches integrity but doesn't follow it themselves
Company is undergoing takeover from another, close ATI plant and it is going poorly. They pushed all previous, loyal upper management out and placed ATI people in. The new ATI president led the company downhill. We had high hopes and on track for fast expansion but we immediately started going downhill with the new president.
New upper management doesn't understand the process or what people's jobs are
Not much room for advancement unless you switch departments
Not keen on spending money to advance personal skills (ie: six sigma training)
