-Stable demand -Interesting products -Job security

Cons

-Lax safety culture -Common complaint among metallurgical engineers was that very little of the job had anything to do with metallurgy -Above issues seemed to be unique to the Cudahy, WI facility. Engineers at other locations enjoyed their work.

Nice pond outside to walk around and they have really good snack store on campus

Cons

Very political, highly unlikely to promote you because they are always laying people off no guarantee in stability. We have 3 different CEOS quit within a 6 month time frame back to back. Management will try to get you to do everything besides things that are not your job title.
