Pros
There are multiple plants within an hour of each other. Each plant has multiple departments - lots of different jobs, so a person can move around in the company to gain a lot of different skills. The pay is very good for the area. The processes are well established and most people are good at what they do. Good culture overall. Some departments work a 2-2-3 schedule, I liked that because it provided a good work/home life balance.
Cons
Some people do not like 12 hour shifts. Some of the jobs are in areas that are extremely hot. Some people may find the company to be strict in their policies.
