      Pros

      All machine shops have organization issues and this one diffrent. Not the worst, in any way... actually one of the better facilities I've worked in but still needs help

      Cons

      Upper management always just worries about pushing numbers and bottom $. Which is again undetectable, because that's kind of there job. But every9ne is personable and easy to talk to and always open for new ideas
