Pros
Great group of people to work with Safety-oriented A decent amount of opportunities for growth -plenty of personal growth and learning of new processes Relatively fulfilling Almost always something to do Nice sick leave in the lab
Cons
High workload with not enough people to handle it all, can create stressful environments (at least it helps make the shifts pass by faster, my coworkers handle the stress relatively well, too) Minor pay inequity (some of my coworkers who have been around longer are making less than they should (myself included)) Would be nice to have a few more paid holidays (even with the two additional we were just granted)
