Pros

Long history and stable business model. Owned by airlines for airlines.

Cons

Identity crisis after purchase of Routehappy in 2018. Company was founded on distribution and pricing applications yet shift to airline retailing took center stage after the acquisition. Not a real negative but you cannot forgot about the foundation of the company mission either and that was done. Hopefully the new executive team will correct this.

While some additions and the changes they bring may seem overwhelming, it is done in the company's and employees' best interests.
