Pros

Airport parking, Okay Benefits, Airport access road use

Cons

The place is full of people who don't really have a choice but to work there, commanded and controlled by a bunch of ancient folks who have no clue of what's happening in the world outside

Dear Agile Coach/Scrum Master, We appreciate your honest feedback about your experience at ATPCO. It’s important to us to understand the experiences of our past and current employees. While your concerns are tough to hear, we recognize that everyone’s experience is unique and not always positive. We understand your feelings about the company’s resistance to change. We acknowledge that innovation can be challenging in an organization that has existed for over five decades. However, these challenges can lead to significant improvements. Your advice about “living the pillars” is a critical reminder that a company’s values should be communicated and exemplified in actions, decision-making, and daily operations. We understand the significance of this and appreciate your call to authenticity. Your concerns are valuable. ATPCO strives to stay in tune with external developments and foster a culture of learning and adaptation. Similarly, we work to maintain a motivated and dynamic workforce. Thank you again for your feedback. It’s through conversations like these that ATPCO fosters growth and improvement.

Positive culture and competitive pay

Pros

While some of the “lifer” employees maintain an outdated way of thinking, generally the culture is modern, transparent, and welcoming. Pay is very competitive.

Cons

During major projects, you can end up working way too many hours. But that’s anywhere, really. Depending on your role, room for advancement may be limited.
