      1. Rare to find an organization that uses the breadth of technologies that ATPCO uses. Great exposure! 2. Industry veterans and long-time employees ensure that you get exposed to the inner workings of Airline data management. 3. Great training and benefits 4. Best-in-class work-life balance!

      Cons

      1. Some jobs require a steep learning curve about the industry and tech platforms 2. Take a while to get consensus for a change since the tech stacks and applications are so tightly knit and many teams are involved.

      Decent place to work

      Pros

      HR and Company policies are good. Better than average benefits. Decent pay. Some teams have challenging work.

      Cons

      Many things run by connections rather than by skill. Ambitious to change but the veteran employees and the culture doesn't allow. No bonus/stocks this makes total compensation less despite the base pay being good.

      Family atmosphere. Generally helpful co-workers except a 'few' that exist in every organization that make life miserable. Decent job stability.

      Cons

      There could be sudden layoffs. Not much advancement or learning potential.
