      Work from home is good

      Cons

      Work from home makes it flexible for them, they can make you work any hours!! Pay is very less compared to market standards Promotion is very rare Hike every year is flat (either 2 or 3%) Bad company politics Not at all possible personal growth, and works in panic environments almost always Very mediocre benefits (unlimited pto, but you cannot take more than a week continuously!!! - you cannot take judge from this how bad it is and i would choose fixed pto any day now in other company)

      Pros

      Work from home! This is real at this company. CEO commented last month he is hoping to steal talent from the big tech companies by being more accommodating. Global company. Working with team members and customers all over the world. Management team has a plan to change the entire airline industry which is bold, audacious, scary, and lots of fun

      Cons

      Company has been around a long time so there are a lot of employees that aren’t ready to change. Company has been turning over some of the dead weight, but it’s slow going, they are very very nice people. If this was my last gig, a big tech company, they would rip off the bandaid and do a big riff.
