Pros
Great co-workers and people. Everyone is willing to help out on a problem.
Cons
Executive team shows a complete lack of trust. They need to micromanage almost everything. Product managers are not really in charge of their products. According to the Exec team sales team cannot sell right, marketing does not know how to market, but Engineering is free to make products customers do not want nor can teh customer afford.
