Pros

Fun job rafting out in the mountains. The customers are always jazzed to be there.

Cons

Like most outfitters, it’s run by good ole boys. The company is mismanaged, has high turnover, and toxic culture among coworkers. The disrespect that I have witnessed and experienced is shocking. Many of the senior guides are rude to customers and boldly take risky maneuvers on the river.
