Things are constantly changing but some of the changes that present as a fire drill end up fading away. So processes are poorly rolled out

Pros

Good pay, fun holiday party. But the staff would prefer it as part of cash bonus instead.

Cons

Zero autonomy, micro managed non stop. Too many chiefs and everyone points the finger down the totem pole. The owner will treat staff as if they are the best and fire them the moment a fellow surgeon does not get their way.
