      Waiting to see the outcome of the acquisition

      Pros

      Our combination with AVEVA gives us the best software in the marketplace, hands down! Customers should be really excited.

      Six months after our acquisition, we are still anxiously awaiting the terms and conditions of our future employer

      Thank you for this feedback - it's been a few weeks since you posted it (apologies for the delay) so I hope the added information about the combining of the two companies has become a little more clear since. Please remember that there's the Integration Hub to check for information as well. As you can imagine, merging the reward structures for two companies is a huge task, but the Rewards team are on the case and will be creating updated structures for the business.

      reasonable WLB, get the job done and won't get in trouble

      Cons

      Company drives to provide solution to customer which is good, but as software company, leadership is far behind to drive the "future prove" software development, which leads toward lots of tech debt
