Pros

- Good employee benefits - People - work life balance and hybrid work

Cons

- Management listens to employee but no action to improve. - Some org structure does not make sense, too many overlaps. - Decision making is slow as approval chain goes to the top level. Regional leaders should have more autonomy to lead the regional business. - Recognition are very surface level - Team bonding is non existent and meetings are mostly virtual. - Employees are treated almost like robots

- Strong Presales Expertise: Knowledgeable and collaborative presales team that helps craft solutions tailored to customer needs. - Deal Desk Support: Efficient deal desk that provides guidance on pricing, approvals, and commercial structures to help close deals faster. - Extended Support Team: Dedicated support functions that are responsive and willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues.

Cons

- Lack of Listening: Management does not take feedback from employees or customers seriously, resulting in missed opportunities for improvement. - Outdated Leadership Style: Very top-down approach to management, reminiscent of old-fashioned practices rather than modern, collaborative leadership. - Incentive Issues: Frequent delays in incentive/bonus payments, which negatively impacts morale. - Toxic Behavior: Instances of managers shouting at staff, using threats of termination, and fostering a culture of fear rather than respect. - Ineffective HR: Escalating issues to HR multiple times did not lead to any meaningful action or resolution, leaving employees feeling unsupported.
