      Pros

      Work Life Balance, Great Work, Freedom in Work, Good Salary & Perks, Onsite Visits...This company gives you whatever you can expect from a good Software Company! I worked with AVEVA, Hyderabad (India) for 4 years. I immigrated to Australia hence had no other choice but to leave the organization. AVEVA is the best organization (in all aspects) I have ever worked with in my career till now in my 14 years of career!

      Okayish company. Everything depends upon the team that you are into. Work life balance too depends upon the team.

      Good salary hikes compared to other companies. you'll get a lot of opportunities to learn if you are really into learning.

      Cons

      A lot of politics among the team members. People are a little too interested to know what is going on in other people's life rather than taking care of their own life as well as work.
