      Pros

      I enjoyed my time at AVEVA. People are intelligent and the company actually cared about me.

      Cons

      Layoffs and layoffs. It's understandable though--the company has always been really profitable when oil prices are high, and are attempting to diversify for when they are low, so they are trying to make positive steps.

      Pros

      Competitive compensation if a sales quota is achieved. Customer-centric. High pace of personal and professional progression. HQ management is more than sensible. Not much (just a few) competition for the company on market so the products are in demand.

      Cons

      Local office management is not enough professional sometimes. Greedy in the sense of trip expenses. Now due to cost-saving too small-minded about any expenses.
