Pros

Excellent products, innovative company, great vision. Colleagues are very knowledgeable and keen to share their knowledge. The new marketing approach is great but lots of challenges to overcome.

Cons

Internal communication between teams is not great. There are some competitions in some areas instead of teamwork.
