      Pros

      Worked for more than 3 years and still cannot find a working atmosphere like this. Great Work life balance. Good tools/techniques to learn. If you are working dedicatedly for Aveva, it will do anything for that employee. Team mates are friendly and offer assistance when needed. Employee oriented company and works for welfare of its people. Its a growing company, still way to go!

      Cons

      Sometimes employees belonging to different regions think that there are differences on basis of regions like north indian/ south indian. But its a misconception. Talent and hard work is considered here.

      Pros

      Powerful software, intelligent people in support, quick to show value for contractors supported by an excellent reputation of successful projects.

      Cons

      R&D is not that up to date, scary to see cutting cost in such critical dept. not a good business model with outsourcing R&D. Slow in adoption of changes based on current market conditions, only good with contractors, they have no idea on other revenue sources.
