- Other than title there isn’t an opportunity to grow in the company - layoffs are normally uncommon but in recent years there has been more

Great culture, great people, good benefits package

Cons

Recently went through an org change, which so far had been avoided (unlike majority of other large software companies). There is a feeling of uncertainty in the business if there will be more changes.

- Lack of flexibility in flexible/hybrid working: The company maintains rigid policy and has refuses to accommodate individual circumstances, make reasonable exceptions, or adjust contracts when needed. - Misleading salary expectations: While the company advertises competitive pay, it often references the upper end of broad and overlapping salary bands (Principal: £65K–£109K; Senior: £54K–£91K), which does not reflect typical compensation offered on the market.
