AVEVA is worst company to work for. No growth no business just hell lots of politics. It's more like saas bahu company rather than MNC. Marketing is the weakest link after Presales and service delivery

Good place to work. You will get a chance to visit Cambridge and meet some passionate people.

Cons

There are lot of discrepancy in positions. I've expected Company discriminatory award means bonus but no hopes at all.
