Pros

There is a very talented and highly experienced engineering team both locally and corporately. There is strong financial support for a wide variety of projects.

Cons

Systems and processes are dated and inefficient. Changes are coming slowly though. Salaries are higher than in most of the country but don't quite cover cost of living near the office.

-Buying power from the best vendors in the buisness -Variety of projects, from Stadiums, to theaters, to simple collaboration rooms -Knowledge base of fellow employees

Cons

-The right design isn't always in the best interest of the customer -Big corporate structure = bureaucracy -Too many procedures while performing work -Rebates often dictate the outcome of design. It's not always the right fit. -No bonuses
