Pros
Big company with lots of room to grow. They email employees every month on the new Job openings and they like to promote with in. The CEO John Zettel is probably the nicest CEO I have ever met. He speaks from the heart!!!!!
Cons
Starting out the pay is low but you should be able to move up with in a Year and make more money.
