Every region is different. Pay is a bit low compared to the industry. The employee cost for the benefits are very high.

There is no accountability. Management preaches accountability but does nothing to actually make changes. New local leadership was just put in place and has only made things way worse. Morale is low, jobs are losing money constantly, nothing is ever on time. Managers openly talk about other employees personal matters and comp plans to other employees. Regional leadership is non existent. They will tell you that they can not give you a raise and then when you turn in your notice, all of a sudden they are able to find 10-20k to pay you in order to keep you on board. They dont take pride in the people that are in the office. I left on my own accord and hearing that they are telling customers that they had to let me go is appalling.
